For all valued customers and suppliers.

The new General Date Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on the 25th May 2018 regarding the safe management and protection of personal data.

At Ex-TraordinaryWorks we ensure that we are compliant with the GDPR.

The information we currently hold about you will only be used for normal trading purposes. This will include details such as your company name and address, contact phone numbers, email addresses, bank account details and VAT numbers as supplied by you.

We use this information to complete sales orders, raise invoices, dispatch items and other general business correspondence. The only time your information would be disclosed to third parties would be if we are legally obliged to do so, or when we need to comply with our duties to you as our customer. This may include arranging a delivery / collection with one of our couriers / transport suppliers.

Please note that the information we hold will not be passed on without prior consent from you.

Under the GDPR legislation, you have the following rights:

  •           the right to be informed.

  •           the right of access to your information.

  •           the right to rectification.

  •           the right to erasure.

  •           the right to restrict processing.

  •           the right to data portability.

  •           the right to object and

  •           the right not to be subject to automated decision making including profiling.
